Has Your Campervan Got A Toilet?

If you are the owner of an old campervan it is possibly unlikely that you have the benefit of having a toilet installed in your leisure vehicle within a cubicle. You might, at best, carry a portable toilet that is stored away and brought out to be used. However if you have a modern campervan you may be lucky and have one fitted within a private cubicle.

There are a number of benefits in having your own toilet fitted in your campervan. For instance, it means that you do not have to drive miles and miles in the middle of the day to try to locate a public toilet because someone on board the vehicle needs to use the toilet. All you need to do is find someone safe and legal to pull over close by.

Unfortunately, many public toilets are dirty, smelly and not very hygienic. Therefore, unless you are careful, you might pick up an infection or illness.  If you have your own toilet inside your campervan then you will no doubt keep it nice and clean for its users at all times.

If you are spending a night or two on a campsite there will no doubt be toilet facilities available to use. Whilst that is great, if you happen to need to use the loo at 4 in the morning and it is pitch black outside and raining it is a little inconvenient to have to leave the campervan. However, if you have your own toilet this is not something you need to worry about. You just get out of bed and pop to the toilet keeping warm and dry.

Having your own toilet onboard means that you can enjoy some wild camping enabling you to really get away from it all. You should be able to park up for the night in the middle of nowhere and not have to worry that you are miles from the nearest public toilet as you have one on the campervan.

So, if you don’t presently have a toilet on your campervan you should consider purchasing one.
